Cancellations/Late Policy
Please be sure to cancel ATLEAST 12 hours before your appointment. if you fail to do so, on the 2nd appointment missed, we will have to start taking a 50% deposit. I value your time as much as I value mine, and its easier to fill that appointment slot this way.
With that being said, we understand life happens and I will do my best to reschedule you to best fit your needs.
I have a 10 minute late policy, services can be performed but may have to be modified depending on services, due to lost time. Please plan accordingly and respect my personal time with you and my time with clients booked after you.
